Carolyn was the County Councillor for Skelmersdale East between 2009-13. She is the Borough Councillor for Wrightington.She has lived in Lancashire all her life. She is a widow, and has two children. She was a West Lancashire district councillor for a brief period in 2002.
David is a retired senior bank manager, a trustee for a number of local charitable organisations and governor at two local schools. A very experienced councillor who has represented Aughton & Downholland Ward since 2002. David was reelected in 2015 and is the Conservative Group Leader.
A former NHS General Manager and Chief Executive of a charitable organisation, Marilyn has a wealth of experience to bring to the role of a borough councillor. A parish councillor for 9 years, Marilyn is active in a number of community groups, a Foundation Governor of Ormskirk School, sits on a local Pact Panel and is a member of the Independent Advisory Group for Lancashire Constabulary Southern Division.
David has lived in Lancashire all of his life, he is married with three grown up sons. He has been a WLBC councillor since 1976 apart from a brief period in the 80s.

David has lived in Hilldale for over 20 years. He is married to Jane & they have one daughter. He has been a member of Hilldale Parish Council for the last 3 years. Since being elected to West Lancashire council last year David has visited virtually every house in Parbold, Hilldale, Dalton & Bispham personally.
