David is a retired senior bank manager, a trustee for a number of local charitable organisations and governor at two local schools. A very experienced councillor who had represented Aughton & Downholland Ward before the boundary review. He is now a borough Councillor for the new ward of Tarleton Village.
David was the County Councillor for West Lancs East until 2017 and for West Lancs North from 2021
David is the Conservative Group Leader on West Lancs Borough Council.
