Rob was elected Association Chairman in 2020.
He was elected as County Councillor for West Lancs East in 2021. He is also the borough Councillor for the Rural North East ward.
Previously he was Borough Councillor for Ormskirk's Knowsley ward for 15 years and a past Mayor.
He also represented Ormskirk on the County Council from 2009-13.
