This Thursday, people across England will vote to decide who runs their local services - and who manages the money they pay for those services.

Young people's Groups Grant boost

More than £11,000 is being handed out to young people's groups across Lancashire.

The funding, which was agreed by the county council's cabinet on Thursday 8 March, will be handed to groups in Burnley, Fylde, Hyndburn, Lancaster, Preston, Ribble Valley, West Lancashire and Wyre.

Family Fun at Chapel Gallery this Half Term

Children can visit the Chapel Gallery in Ormskirk and The Tree House Gallery, Gift Shop & Cafe in Skelmersdale this half-term to find plenty of ways to get creative and have fun.

Conservatives: Supporting our NHS

We have increased health funding to a record level – so people get the care they need. We committed to increasing NHS spending by a minimum of £8 billion in real terms over the next five years. We have also in the Budget provided the NHS with £2.8 billion of funding to 2019-20.
